I am a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, walking the path of the Pentecostal faith. My life is defined by the transformative power of the Gospel and the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit. I believe that the same power that raised Christ from the dead is available to us today, empowering us to live victoriously and witness boldly.
At the heart of Food of Spirit are the core pillars of my faith:
The Infallible Word: I believe the Bible is the inspired, only infallible, authoritative Word of God—our ultimate “food” for spiritual growth.
The Lordship of Jesus: I believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, and His vicarious and atoning death.
The Baptism of the Holy Spirit: As a Pentecostal believer, I embrace the promise of the Father as seen in Acts 2. I believe in the present-day operation of the spiritual gifts and the necessity of being filled with the Spirit to live a sanctified life.
Divine Healing & Deliverance: I believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing for the human body and soul in answer to believing prayer.
The name Food of Spirit comes from the understanding that just as our physical bodies require daily bread, our spirits require constant nourishment from the Scriptures.
